Editorial Policy
Loftline editorial standards for accuracy, sourcing, independence and the use of illustrative AI images in its Denver loft coverage.
Loftline follows a small set of editorial rules. They exist so readers can judge what they are reading.
Independence. Loftline is an independent publication. It does not sell property, manage buildings or act for owners, agents or developers. It does not publish sponsored articles, paid placements or advertising disguised as coverage.
Accuracy. Articles describe general patterns and building types. They avoid claims about a specific unit, price or rule unless a named public source supports it. When something cannot be verified, it is written as a general consideration, not as a fact about one address.
Sourcing. Where an article depends on a public document, a record or a named source, that basis is described in the text. Loftline does not rely on invented data, invented quotes or invented staff. It does not claim first hand tests or visits that did not happen.
Corrections. If a reader shows that something is wrong, the article is corrected and the change is noted. Requests should identify the page, quote the text and include checkable evidence.
Images. All images on this site are illustrative AI images. They are not photographs of real units, buildings or streets, and they must not be read as evidence about any property.
Scope. Loftline covers Denver, Colorado. It is a new publication and makes no claim to be a former entity or an operating service.
